This cottage is very well equipped and beautifully presented. We are a grown up family of 6 plus a large dog and we fitted in with no trouble. The only downside is that you need a car as there is nothing in easy walking distance, other than that a really nice property.

This property is is very well equipped and is kept in a very good condition. It is most suitable for the disabled and for families with young children, being on one level with no stairs, outside a large walled patio area with secure gates means the children can play safely unattended. At the rear of the property is a very large well kept grass play area, again fenced in with secure gates. The small lake at the back of the property should be avoided with small children but does not pose a problem if accompanied. The whole site is wheelchair friendly, it is located in a lovely part of Lincolnshire within easy access to the coastal regions and the countryside, a vehicle is a must because of the location. Overall: a very well kept and well equipped property in a lovely part of Lincolnshire, close to Boston.
